The Professional Development Program of Evolution comprises of two components. One, exclusively designed to enhance content knowledge, teaching pedagogies, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills of teachers. Teacher development leads to improved students’ learning as it enables the teachers to bring innovation in their teaching approach. Two, promotes development of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills of Pakistani youth through various capacity building program. These youth programs are explicitly designed to engage participants aged between 10 to 25 in meaningful activities to enable them enhance their English language skills, social graces, communication abilities, personal habits, emotional empathy, and leadership traits.
