Ghazala; It was a great experience of conducting a session at my institute. My topic was “Self-Mastery”. It was a two hours long session and after that another session was delivered by Feeha Riaz on “Self-Esteem”.

We delivered these sessions with cooperation of Ma’am Kainat Khattak and the other APAI participants who were helping us as volunteers.
