Evolution was launched into the local youth development and training industry through their first big event i.e. Asrar-e-Khudi. The one-day event gathered 400 young people from different institutions all over the city at University of Karachi on October 7, 2013. The participants attended sessions on understanding and developing a sense of self, discovering on personal growth, leadership, empowerment and initiatives. Renowned speakers including Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, Faheem Bukhari, Subhan Sharif and Abdullah Syed inspired the young audience to understand themselves better in an attempt to achieve their full potential in their personal and professional lives.
The one-day event did not only empower young people to take a step towards a better life for themselves, it also engaged them in follow up activities. The 400 young people became part of the Evolution family and are facilitated by trainers and team members at Evolution on follow up activities, developing a sense of a healthy, positive community which will promote and nurture a sense of conscious living.
